Im 164 lbs...What is the propper dossage of xanax for my freight?
I would not recommend Xanax for sleep unless you've tried at least 1 of the sedating antihistamines and 2 of the strange generation of prescription sleep aids, and possibly even 1 other benzodiazepine. The simple justification is that Xanax causes more physical dependence than other equally influential medications. After a few night of taking it, you will not sleep without it until you taper the dose over at lowest possible a couple weeks. On the other hand, the antihistamines are not addictive at adjectives, and the newer sleep aids are (in theory) less addictive than most benzodiazepines, of which the most addictive is... you guessed it, Xanax.
Doesn't it articulate on the prescription bottle or did it come in a baggie?
