What is the deviant curvature of the spine?
There are a few types of deformities contained by the spine
Firstly, everybody has a common kyphosis which is the curvature of your upper spine. However it is abnormal when it is overly exaggerated which can be cause by bad posture or congenital anomalies
Normal folks also have a lordosis at the lumbar region or your lower fund. Abnormalities can present as an excessive lordosis of which you will see the shape of a hollow-back. Another is loss of lordosis which will result in a flat support.
Scoliosis can be observed behind an individual. To put simply, the spine is deformed laterally / sideways into the shape of an 'S' . It is usually congenital by make-up or can be secondary to diseases similar to cerebral palsy.
