What is clinical pathway?
It's a standardized way of compassionate for patients with a unique condition. It outlines what diagnostic testing, medication, nursing interventions, therapy, etc. they are to return with.
Supposedly, outcomes improve when these are implement. Prevents things from falling through the cracks.
