Mass communication is the term used to describe the dry study of various resources by which individuals and entities relay information to large segment of the population all at once through mass medium.
Television advertisement,distinctive public speech,lecture to audience etc communicate significant matter to a huge number of receipients from a single source. This is mass communication.
