What is the most potent opiate? Don't answer this if you don't know what you're conversation roughly speaking, please.

By potent I mean: which opiate have the greatest effect with the lowest dose? I've other assumed it was Fentanyl, but I've never agreed for a fact. Please don't only just answer with "Oxycontin" or "Heroin". Give me a short time bit of information on how you know what you know. thanks citizens! - DylanWhat is the most potent opiate? Not counting investigational drugs, sufentanil is the most potent opiate. It also has the topmost affinity for the mu opiate receptor.
Used clinically, it is given in microgram doses.
Here's an article that go no a little going on for opiates in anesthesia:

why you are asking in the order of opiate?
It's need doctor prescription.
You want to use for what? stomach-ache or preop anesthesia?or other use.
opium tar
Many empire I've known enjoy said that the more concentrated the opiate medium is, the stronger the effect eventually become. In other words, Opium Tar < Morphine < Heroin etc.
I'm under the divergent impression. I mull over that the less you mess beside it, the stronger the initial chemical chain is, thus the more successful smaller doses are, supposing that you're able to if truth be told ingest the entire dose correctly, and digest the dose effectively.
I'll chew on some poppy flowers tonight and give this more thought.
Morphine.
Heroine and Morphine are your strongest opiates.
