What is the physical device for losing immensity?

Strictly speaking about mass flow, how does one lose counterweight? Keeping a consistent water percentage, the single possible ideas I could come up beside are:
-Urination (mostly water, which must be replenished)
-Bowel movements (but I thought the intestines singular absorbed stuff, not desorbed?)
-Breathing surrounded by O2 and out CO2 (slow and steady wins the see?)
-Sweating (again, mostly water, which must be replenished)
The individual other mass losses aren't quick/big enough: skin flaking, hair/nail trimming, etc. What is the physical device for losing immensity?
A see-saw.......enthusiasm expenditure outweighing caloric intake (then you will lose weight!)
